ABOUT

Nova is a photographer, artist and self-confessed memory hoarder based in Wollongong, Australia.

Nova holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Art and Design) (1st Class Hons) from the University of Wollongong, alongside experience in the creation, organisation and curation of numerous local group exhibitions such as The 6x6 and Antiphon.

Nova's artistic practice focuses on vernacular snapshot photography and collective narratives, her work an ever evolving documentary archive from fragments of memory and culture. She is most likely found blinding her friends with a flash or getting in the way of a mosh pit.
